If a change in license term is desired a new license should be purchased. Renewal terms are based on the subscription length originally purchased. Users can renew licenses up to 30 days prior to the expiration date by returning to their account and providing payment for the renewal.

Purchase: Upon purchase of a Software License, a user will receive a 20-digit licensing activation code (key).
